"Eid Under Stars" brought communities together in a festive celebration across six Nakheel Communities, with two simultaneous events each day over the Eid weekend. With the theme of unity under one roof, the event honored Eid,
a Muslim holiday symbolizing prayer, culture, and unity.
Decorated in a delightful picnic-style ambiance illuminated by fairy lights, the event areas fostered social interaction and community bonding. Unique activations tied to themes of peace and culture engaged attendees, including carnival games, vendor stalls, workshops, and roaming entertainment.
Each area offered distinct experiences, from motion-sensing games to giant doodle walls, encouraging participation and creativity. The highlight was a one-of-a-kind Lego wall, uniting children and adults in imaginative creation.
Despite challenges posed by COVID, the event was a resounding success, with communities coming together to celebrate in a safe and memorable manner.
